The SMESI assures, for its customers, the benefits of construction and maintenance of the industrial facilities.

Construction

In the domain of the construction, the SMESI has a big experience in the realization of facilities industrial turn-key and in the realization of the works of restoration of the former facilities or construction of the new units.

The SMESI achieves works of construction in several domains, like :

	Coppercraft :
		Realization or restoration of the storage ferries and reservoirs;
		Realization or restoration of the piping;
		Prefabrication and installation of the girdles, the towers, the chimneys , …etc.

	Metallic framework :
		Realization or restoration of the metallic structures;
		Realization or restoration of the bardages, of the platelages, of the access…etc.

	Installation :
		Replacement or installation of the facilities of process;
		Installation of new installations…etc.

	Mechanical :
		Revision of facilities mechanics on site;
		Replacement of the mechanical or electric facilities.

	Painting :
		Sanding and painting of the metallic structures and facilities .

Maintenance

The presence of a competent professionals (engineers and technicians) at the sites of the SMESI, especially those of Jorf Lasfar, Safi and Khouribga, allowed him to give the better answers in maintenance of the existing facilities in these zones, those of the OCP group.

The activity of the SMESI in maintenance doesn't stop increasing. So, we achieved and we achieve several benefits of maintenance as :


		Yearly conventions of general maintenance;

		Orders for programmed revision (completes) of lines or shops of production;
		Orders for specific maintenance services.

Disposition of staff

The SMESI puts at the disposal of its customers, of the staff in state control, following a bilateral convention that defines the qualifications of this staff as well as the rates of corresponding invoicing.

For every service offer, the SMESI choose the adequate staff for the realization of works defined by the customer.

The staff concerned by these operations can be more than 1000 agents.
